The correct answer is: 19:2

% for CO2

 0.765 g of acid gives CO2=0.535 g

100 g of acid gives CO2=0.535×1000.765

% of CO2=70.00

% for carbon

 44 g of CO2 gives, C=12 g

 70 g of CO2 gives, C=12×7044

=19.09 g

 % of carbon =19.00

Similarly,

(i) for hydrogen

% of H2O

 0.138×1000.765

=18.03=18.00

% of Hydrogen

 2×1818=2.00

Hence ratio of carbon and hydrogen is 19:2
