Neutralization takes place as
2C6H5COOH+Ba(OH)2(C6H5COO)2Ba+2H2O
Number of moles of Ba(OH)2 required =12×1.64×10-3
MV1000=12×1.64×10-3
0.12×V1000=12×1.64×10-3
V = 6.83 mL
