The correct answer is: $112 \mathrm{~mL}$.
Acetic acid on electrolysis gives ethane as
Given moles of acetic acid,
$$
\mathrm{CH}_{3} \mathrm{COOH}=\frac{0.1 \times 100}{1000}=0.01
$$
$\because 2 \mathrm{~mol} \mathrm{CH}_{3} \mathrm{COOH}$ gives $\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{H}_{6}=22.4 \mathrm{~L}$
$\therefore 0.01 \mathrm{~mol} \mathrm{CH} \mathrm{CHOH}_{3} \mathrm{COOH}$ give
$$
\begin{aligned}
\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{H}_{6} &=\frac{22.4 \times 0.01}{2} \\
&=0.112 \mathrm{~L} \\
&=112 \mathrm{~mL}
\end{aligned}
$$
