The oxidation states are: \(\mathrm{Cr}\) (III), Fe (II) and \(\mathrm{Zn}\) (II).
Electronic configuration of \(\mathrm{Cr}^{3+}=3 d^3\), unpaired electron \(=3\)
Electronic configuration of \(\mathrm{Fe}^{2+}=3 d^6\), unpaired electron \(=4\)
Electronic configuration of \(\mathrm{Zn}^{2+}=3 d^{10}\), unpaired electrons \(=0\)
\(\mu=\sqrt{n(n+2)}\)
where ' \(n\) ' is number of unpaiared electrons
Hence, (ii) has highest value of magnetic moment.
