For water not to spill out of the bucket,
$\begin{aligned} v_{\min } & =\sqrt{5 g R} \\ & =\sqrt{5 \times 10 \times 0.5} \\ & =5 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}\end{aligned}$
