The correct answer is:
\( 1 \)
(A)
For force \( \mathrm{F} \) to be maximum between charges \( q_{1} \) and \( q_{2}, q_{1}=q_{2}=\frac{2 Q}{2}=Q \)
Now \( \frac{Q}{q_{1}}=\frac{Q}{Q}=1 \)
For force \( \mathrm{F} \) to be maximum between charges \( q_{1} \) and \( q_{2}, q_{1}=q_{2}=\frac{2 Q}{2}=Q \)
Now \( \frac{Q}{q_{1}}=\frac{Q}{Q}=1 \)
