$250 \mathrm{~J}$
$\quad$ Current $\mathrm{I}=\frac{\mathrm{V}}{\mathrm{R}}=\frac{100}{10}=10 \mathrm{~A}$
Energy, $\mathrm{E}=\frac{1}{2} \mathrm{LI}^{2}$
$=\frac{1}{2} \times 5 \times(10)^{2}=250 \mathrm{~J}$
Energy, $\mathrm{E}=\frac{1}{2} \mathrm{LI}^{2}$
