The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{XY}_3$
In a unit cell, $\mathrm{X}$ atoms at the corners
$$
=\frac{1}{8} \times 8=1
$$
$Y$ atoms at the face centres $=\frac{1}{2} \times 6=3$
Ratio of $\mathrm{X}$ and $\mathrm{Y}=1: 3$. Hence formula is $\mathrm{XY}_3$.
$$
=\frac{1}{8} \times 8=1
$$
$Y$ atoms at the face centres $=\frac{1}{2} \times 6=3$
Ratio of $\mathrm{X}$ and $\mathrm{Y}=1: 3$. Hence formula is $\mathrm{XY}_3$.
