The correct answer is: 48 cm

Since      m1 m2=1      h1h0 h2h0=1

h0= h1 h2=6cm

for first position of the lens

m=-32=- x + 40x

   3x=2x+80

   x= 80

u=-xy=(40+x)

1f=1120-1-80

f=48 cm
