Tarsals, femur, metatarsals, tibia
Each leg contains 30 bones; femur in the thigh, patella in the knee, tibia and fibula in the lower leg, 7 tarsals in the ankle, 5 metatarsals in the sole, 14 phalanges in the toes. While chasing a ball in the field (means running), all these groups of bones are directly involved in the movement of leg.
