The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{t}_1 < \mathrm{t}_2 < \mathrm{t}_3$
The velocity in which water is coming out is proportional to the height of water as time increase, water level decreases.
$$
\therefore \mathrm{t}_1 < \mathrm{t}_2 < \mathrm{t}_3
$$
$$
\therefore \mathrm{t}_1 < \mathrm{t}_2 < \mathrm{t}_3
$$
