Degree of freedom $f=3$ (Translatory) +2 (rotatory) +1 (vibratory) $=6$
$\Rightarrow \frac{C_P}{C_V}=\gamma=1+\frac{2}{f}=1+\frac{2}{6}=\frac{4}{3}=1.33$
