The correct answer is: Deuteromycetes (imperfect fungi)
In Deuteromycetes only asexual mode of reproduction is recognized, with the help of asexual spores called conidia hence they are also known as imperfect fungi. The members of this class when showing the sexual stages are moved to Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. Except for Phycomycetes which has aseptate and coenocytic mycelium, other classes have branch and septate mycelium.
