The correct answer is: A light body
Let m1 and m2 be the mass of light and heavy bodies respectively, i.e. m2>m1

m2m1>1 ...(i)

K1 and K2 be the kinetic energy of light and heavy bodies respectively, then

K1=p22m1 and K2=p22m2 , [where p=  momentum]

  K1K2=p2/2m1p2/2m2=m2m1

K1K2=m2m1

But m2m1>1 , From Equation. (i),

  K1K2>1

K1>K2

i.e. Light body has greater kinetic energy.
