Frequency of the observer, fo=2×v2l=3300.5 Hz=660 Hz

Velocity of person=10 km h-1=10×518 m s-1=2.8 m s-1
According to Doppler effect, frequency heard by the person,

f=fov+v0v

f=660×330+2.8330 Hz=666 Hz
