S3S4
Self-incompatibility is a mechanism in which pollens of one flower are prevented to fertilize with the other flowers of the same plant. This process prevents inbreeding and promotes outcrossing. So if a parent with S1S2 genotypes is present they will not fertilize with the same genotype. They will fertilize with the different flowers of the same plant i.e.S3S4.
