Using equation of trajectory:
  y =  x tan α 1 - x R  ; For points (3, 4)  
 4=3tanα1-3R               ...(i)
For point  (4, 3)
 3=4tanα1-4R               ...(ii)
dividing (i) and (ii)
 43=341-3R1-4R161-4R=91-3R
 7=64R-27RR=377 m
