According to given diagram in which a particle is projected at an angle $\theta$
and path of projectile is always parabola.
If point $B$ is at its maximum height of trajectory so vertical component of velocity at $B, v_y=0$ and horizontal component of velocity $v_x=u \cos \theta=$ constant.
Velocity will always be tangential to the curve in the direction of motion so velocities at points $A, B$, and $C$ are tangent and acceleration is always vertically downward equal to acceleration due to gravity $(g)$.
