The correct answer is: 205 m s-1

vy=uy+ayt

at the highest point of motion, vy=0

0=uy-gt

uy=4g=40 m s-1

at t=2 s

vy=uy+ayt

vy=4g-gt=20 m s-1

given that vy=ux=20 m s-1

the velocity of projection u=ux2+uy2

u=402+202

u=2000 205m s-1
