Angular momentum  L = I ω

Rotational kinetic energy K = 1 2 I ω 2

   L K = I ω × 2 I ω 2 = 2 ω L = 2 K ω

or    L 1 L 2 = K 1 K 2 × ω 2 ω 1 = 2 × 2 = 4

   L 2 = L 1 4 = L 4 .
