The correct answer is:
Ozone depletion
Good ozone found in upper part of atmosphere called as stratosphere absorbs UV radiation from sunlight which are injurious to living organisms. With increasing use of chlorofluorocarbons, there is damage to ozone layer resulting in Ozone hole. Due to ozone depletion there is increased risk of eye problems such as inflammation of cornea known as snow blindness, cataract and permanent damage of cornea as a consequence of absorption of UV radiation.
