The correct answer is: 55 Hz

Using Doppler effect, apparent frequency is given by f=v±v0vvsf0, where f0=actual frequency, v0=velocity of observer and vs=velocity of source

For train B leaving the station, 

f1=300330-0330--30=275 Hz     v0=0

For train A reaching the station, 

f2=300330-0330-30=330 Hz

The difference of frequencies heard by the personf=330-275=55 Hz
