The correct answer is:

$\theta=\frac{2 \pi}{40} \times 15=2 \pi-\frac{2 \pi}{\mathrm{n}} \times 15$
$\therefore \frac{3}{8}=1-\frac{15}{n}$
$\Rightarrow \mathrm{n}=24$
