Polyp and medusa body forms with extracellular as well as intracellular digestion are seen in phylum Cnidaria. Cnidarians are diploblastic which have special stinging cells called cnidocytes. They show external fertilization with indirect development. They have a central gastro-vascular cavity with a single opening (Blind Sac body plan).
