The correct answer is: Glucose is labelled, but oxygen is normal
In the process of photosynthesis
$6 \mathrm{CO}_2+12 \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O} \xrightarrow[\mathrm{Chl}]{\mathrm{hv}}$ $\begin{aligned} & \mathrm{C}_6 \mathrm{H}_{12} \mathrm{O}_6+6 \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}+6 \mathrm{O}_2 \uparrow \\ & \text { (Glucose) }\end{aligned}$
Plants manufacture glucose from $\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}$ and $\mathrm{CO}_2$ and oxygen gas is released. So, due to isotopic carbon of $\mathrm{CO}_2$, only glucose will be labelled, but oxygen will be normal.
