$\tan ^{-1}\left(\frac{a}{g}\right)$
When car moves towards right with acceleration $a$ then due to Pseudo force the bob will tilt in backward direction making an angle $\theta$ with vertical.
\
$$\theta=\tan ^{-1}\left(\frac{a}{g}\right)$$
\
$$\theta=\tan ^{-1}\left(\frac{a}{g}\right)$$
