The correct answer is: 2Ec
Initial momentum of surface

   Pi=EC

Where, c = velocity of light (constant).

Since, the surface is perfectly, reflecting, so the same momentum will be reflected completely.

Final momentum

                   Pf=Ec (negative value)

Change in momentum

Δp= pf-pi

                        =- Ec- Ec= -2Ec

Thus , momentum transferred to the surface is

Δp=|p|=2Ec
