The correct answer is: $\mathrm{A}$
This is case of Total Internal Reflector $(90-\theta)$ is incident angle. As $\theta$ increases thus incident angle decreaes. Initially Ray will be Reflected at $\theta_{\mathrm{C}}$ angle will be TIR after words Refraction takes place
