Length of air column l $=20 \mathrm{~cm}=0.2 \mathrm{~m}$
In resonance air column,
$\lambda=4 l=4 \times 0.2=0.8 \mathrm{~m}$
Now, $\lambda=0.8 \mathrm{~m}$ and $v=250 \mathrm{~Hz}$
Hence, speed of sound in air $v=v \lambda=250 \times 0.8=200 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$
In resonance air column,
