Let P be a point at a distance r from the Earth's centre, where gravitational force due to Sun and Earth are equal and opposite and hence, the gravitational force on the rocket is zero.

x-r2r2=2×10306×1024 =13×106

  x-rr=1033r=31735x

  r=31375×1.5×1011=3×15×100×1081735
