The Palade particles that form a peptide bond between amino acids are Ribosomes and are non-membranous organelle. Mitochondria and plastid are semi-autonomous organelles as they have circular DNA molecules similar to bacteria and partially depend on the nucleus. Mesosomes are specialized membraneous structures formed by an extension of the plasma membrane into the cell in the form of vesicles, tubules, and lamellae.
