The correct answer is: 4
Given, θ=6t-2t3 ...(i)

dθdt=ω=6-6t2

As, ω=0 (given)

6-6t2=0

t2=±1

As, t=-1s is not possible, hence t=1s.

Substituting t=1s in Equation (i), we get

θ1=6-2=4 rad

and θ0=6×0-2×02t=0=0

Mean value of ω=θ1-θ0t1-t0=4-01-0=4 ras-1
