By conservation of energy,
Potential energy lost by the solid sphere in rolling down the inclined plane = Kinetic energy gained by the sphere.

=12mv2+12.25mR2vR2
=12mv2+15mv2
mgh=710mv2
v2=107gh
v=107gh=107×10×7=100ms
