The electron stream will be pulled downwards
Magnetic field due to current through a linear conductor from the left to right at a point below the conductor is acting horizontally upwards. The electron beam moving from left to right will cause the current right to left. The force on the electrons will be vertically downwards according to Fleming's hand rule.
