Here,

          A=5×10-m2

1=8×1028×1.6×10-19×5×10-7×vd

or   vd=18×1028×1.6×10-19×5×10-7

Now,

t=1vd=8×1028×1.6×10-19×5×10-7

   =64×102=6.4×10s
