We should check it dimensionally

               μ = F a M b L c

                   = MLT 2 a M b L c

M 0 L 0 T - 1 = M a + b L a + c T - 2 a

      a + b = 0  ⇒  b = - a

      a + c = 0  ⇒  c = - a

      - 2 a = - 1

⇒    a = 1 2

        b = - 1 2

        c = - 1 2

⇒    μ = K F 1 2 M - 1 2 L - 1 2

μ = K F ML
