Angle rotated in one revolution $=2 \pi$ radians
$\therefore$ Angle rotated in 360 revolution $=360 \times 2 \pi$ radians
$\Rightarrow$ Angle turned in one minute or $60 \mathrm{sec}$ $=360 \times 2 \pi$
Hence, angle turned in $1 \mathrm{sec}=\frac{360 \times 2 \pi}{60}$ $=12 \pi$ radians.
