If angular acceleration is constant, we have

θ=ω0t+12αt2

The given θ=15o

ω0=0

For the first conditions (time = t sec)

15o=0+12αt2

15o=12αt2 ......(i)

For the second conditions (time = t+2t sec)

θ1=12α3t2=12α9t2 .......(ii)

So for 2t sec, Δθ=θ1-12αt2

Δθ=9×12αt2-12αt2

=812αt2

=8×15o=120o (from equation(i))
