Given,

Resistance, R=10 Ω

Area of the loop, A=20 cm2=20×10-4 m2

Magnetic field, B=2.4 T

As we know, induced emf e=+dϕdt     IR=dϕdt

  dQdt.R=dϕdtdQ=dϕR

    Q=ϕR [ϕ=BA cos0o=BA]

=(20×10-4)(2.4)10

=4.8×10-4 C
