According to Bacyer's strain theory, cyclopentane is highly stable as, it bas lowest angle strain. The desired angle for $s p^{3}$ hybridised carbon in cyclopentane should be $109^{\circ} 28$ and the actual angle is $108^{\circ}$. Thus the angle strain is minimum.
