AGGUAUCGCAU
Strand of structural gene which does not transcribe mRNA is called as coding strand and the strand which transcribe mRNA is called template strand. Coding strand has polarity 5' to 3' and its sequence is similar to that of mRNA synthesised by template strand, except uracil is present in place of Thymine.
