The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{Al}_2 \mathrm{O}_3 \lt \mathrm{SiO}_2 \lt \mathrm{P}_2 \mathrm{O}_3 \lt \mathrm{SO}_2$
With decrease in size from Al to S the basic nature of oxide decrease and acidic nature increases.
