The correct answer is:

An amine on reaction with benzenesulphonyl chloride produces a compound insoluble in alkaline solution. This amine can be prepared by ammonolysis of ethyl chloride.

It has to be 2° amine because on reaction with benzene sulphonylchloride it gives water in soluble product. As it is formed by ammonolysis of ethylchloride, so it has to be R-NH-Et type.
