$12 \times 10^{-3} \mathrm{Nm}$
Maximum torque $=p E$
$=2 \times 10^{-6} \times 3 \times 10^{-2} \times 2 \times 10^5=12 \times 10^{-3}$ $N-m$.
$=2 \times 10^{-6} \times 3 \times 10^{-2} \times 2 \times 10^5=12 \times 10^{-3}$ $N-m$.
