The element belonging to 4 th period and 15 th group is arsenic (As). The outer electronic configuration of 15 th group element is $n s^{2} n \rho^{3}$. Since arsenic belongs to 4 th period, therefore it has filled 'd' orbital too. Thus, the electronic configuration of As is $[A r] 4 s^{2} 3 d^{10} 4 \rho^{3} .$
