The correct answer is: dilute solutions of boric acid and hydrogen peroxide are strong antiseptics.

Antiseptics and disinfectants both kill microorganism and also prevent them from further growing.  The difference between them is that antiseptics are used for humans whereas disinfectants are not for humans and may cause damage to the  human tissues.  Also,  0.2% solution of phenol is an antiseptic while 1% solution acts as a disinfectant. Finally, dilute solutions of boric acid and hydrogen peroxide are very mild antiseptics.
