Number of phalanges in each hand is 14. These are bones of digits. All digits have 3 phalanges except thumb that has only two phalanges.

Wrist bones are carpals. Total carpals in human is 8×2=16

Metacarpals are bones of palm, Total metacarpals is 5×2 = 10

Number of bones in each limb =30
