The duplication of DNA is called DNA replication. Phosphorylase acts as an enzyme and helps in addition to a phosphate group to DNA. Then DNA B protein i.e. Helicase unwinds DNA and single-stranded binding protein prevents premature reannealing of double-stranded DNA. Then DNA topoisomerase I and II relieves torsional strain by cutting and joining a single strand or both strand. On the lagging strand DNA synthesized in short fragments that are known as Okazaki fragments. These fragments are joined together by DNA ligase. So the correct answer is A.
