Asexual reproduction basically occurs in prokaryotes like bacteria and in some eukaryotes which are single-celled and multi-celled organisms. Some of the asexual methods that are observed in animals are binary fission (e.g. Amoeba, bacteria), budding (e.g. Hydra), fragmentation (e.g. Planaria) etc.
