In basic medium $\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2$ reacts as :
$$
\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2+2 \mathrm{OH}^{-} \longrightarrow 2 \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}+\mathrm{O}_2+2 e^{-}
$$
In alkaline medium $\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2$ reduces ferricyanide to ferrouscyanide as follows:

$$
\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2+2 \mathrm{OH}^{-} \longrightarrow 2 \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}+\mathrm{O}_2+2 e^{-}
$$
